JOIN THE LASER WELDING REVOLUTION
Laser welders are replacing TIG and MIG:
- Typically 5x as fast as TIG
- Easy to learn. Solves the skills shortage.
- Weld quality is determined by settings.
- ¼ the heat input. Less damage, distortion and staining.
- Deeper penetration.
Beautiful welds. No spatter. Minimal post processing.
SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE AND VALUE
G6 laser welders have many advantages:
- Easy to use interface with pre-sets and access to every parameter, unlike some big competitors.
- Market leading value. Huge cost savings.
- Performance: 20 um fibre for deep penetration & power density. Welds aluminium better than others.
- Superior duty cycle in hot weather, 100% at 100°F
- Powerful: Our range includes the world’s first refrigerant cooled 3000W laser welder
- No freeze damage risk. Operates from 20°F below freezing, up to 100°F
- Small footprint & light weight. Integrated wire feeder.
- Ergonomic design by Laser Welder, Australia’s biggest supplier of laser welders.

LASER SAFETY NOTICE: Laser welders are amazing but are Class IV lasers, so they require special safety measures, particularly for eye safety. The key requirement is using them in an enclosed area with signage and/or interlocks to keep unprotected personnel out. Refer to OSHA 1926.54 and 1926.102 (federal regulations) in particular, plus any local regulations. We sell laser glasses and helmets which together meet OSHA and EN 207 standards for laser welders. Laser-welder.net/laser-safety contains other practical advice and insights into laser welder safety.
Use of laser cutting requires a back stop at least. Laser cleaning has similar requirements to laser welding.
