What are the delivery costs for orders?
Contact us for a freight quote. Within Melbourne metro area we include delivery. We freight Australia wide without any markup.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on whether we have it in stock. If your item is not in stock but is urgent we will quote the incremental cost for expedited shipping. For items which are not urgent, they arriven in our normal shipments.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive a fully detailed invoice for your order.
When enquiring, please advise:
- Are you buying for a business or for hobby use?
- Which materials, thicknesses and joint configurations do you want to weld?
- What power supply or supplies do you have (single phase X Amps or three phase Y Amps?). Are you using a generator?
- Where are you located? What maximum voltage (actual) do you have in your premises?
